Liability Waiver

1. General Release:

By enrolling your child(ren) in Playground Engineer, a division of Satyananda Corp, you waive and release all associated parties—including employees, volunteers, and coaches—from any claims related to injuries or damages that might occur during activities, both online and in-person.

2. Physical Fitness:

Your child(ren) should be physically and mentally fit to participate in all related activities, acknowledging the nature of the activities they will engage in.

3. Supervision and Technology Use:

You are responsible for overseeing your child’s use of any technology provided by Playground Engineer, ensuring it is used appropriately for its intended educational purpose.

4. Indemnity:

You agree to indemnify Playground and associated personnel from any claims by third parties for injuries or damages occurring during your child's participation in Playground Engineer activities.

Medical Release Waiver

Emergency Care Authorization:

You permit Playground Engineer staff to obtain emergency medical treatment for your child if necessary during their participation. You acknowledge responsibility for any medical charges that may arise.

Publicity Permission

Media Consent:

You grant Playground Engineer permission to use photographs, videos, and other digital media of your child taken during program sessions for promotional purposes without compensation.

Student Devices and Content Rights

Devices:

Parents must provide and maintain the necessary devices and internet connection for online classes.

Intellectual Property:

All content and projects created by students during Playground Engineer sessions are property of Playground Engineer, which retains the right to use such materials for any purpose, including commercial.

Pricing and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Short term programs: 1 week to 3 months

- 30 Days Notice: Full refund available if you cancel at least 30 days prior to the class start date.

- Within 30 Days: No refunds will be issued if cancellation occurs less than 30 days from the start date.

Long term programs: Yearly programs

- 2 week notice: Cancel anytime

Non-attendance:

- No refunds for non-attendance. Access to concept videos will be provided for missed sessions.

Additional Information:

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by sending email to info@playgroundengineer.com. Refunds are processed within 4 weeks and issued in the original payment form.
